What level playing wise do I need to be at to make a Corps?

Every drum corps requires different levels of playing ability to make the line. Attend an audition camp in the fall or contact the drum corps directly for more information on playing requirements.

Do you have any advice for rookies preparing for Spring Training?

Rookies should ask a veteran member for guidance on how to prepare for Spring Training. In addition, members should keep an open-mind and prepare themselves for the mental and physical challenges of long rehearsal days and an incredible demand on them emotionally. It will be fun and challenging at the same time—an experience you will never forget as you push yourself.

What is the schedule for this year? Does it follow the traditional April camp then may move ins? If you get a spot on the colorguard, do you have to go to each individual camp over the winter? If so, what about those who march winter guard?

Hello, December is our last camp for Guard. Then, at the end of April, the Guard members will move in. Guard members are NOT required to attend camps between December and April. Thank you for your question!
